* These types of cleanings can be carried out using with the help of special equipment, without the use of aggressive chemicals        (except for difficult areas). At the same time, the treated surfaces are well cleaned of dirt, bacteria and microbes. Ecological     cleaning is absolutely harmless for small and infant children, animals, as well as for people, who have an increased sensitivity of the     body to various substances (allergy).

The cost of this service is $ 85 per hour.

Local cleaning

For residential cleaning, we charge $ 70 per hour per two cleaners
including cleaning supplies (2 hour min. fee or 800 sq.ft. ).

Add-ons - These extras are not included as part of our standard cleaning.

Additional charges apply:

• Extra Dirty Cleaning of from $ 110

           If the location deemed extremely dirty we may decline to do the job, and you may be charged the cancellation fee.

           To expect a cleaning company to make ruined items look brand new is not reasonable. We are not a construction company.

• Clean inside oven and microwave of from $ 45
• Clean inside fridge of from $ 40
• Clean inside cabinets(must be empty) of from $ 20

We are not offered:

•  Wet wiping light bulbs, due to risk of breakage.

•  Cleaning of hoarding situations, high levels of trash/debris

• Cleaning of bodily fluids, heavy mold, toys, pet waste or other biohazards
